Warranty Policy

For instructions on requesting a repair or return of your FrankCreation® products, please review the applicable warranty sections below, including Reels Warranty, Rods Warranty, Sunglasses Warranty, and General Warranty.

Reels Warranty

FrankCreation reels are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

If your warranted product is found to have defects in workmanship or materials, please contact us via email or phone and return the defective item. All warranty claims must include the order number, purchase date, and place of purchase.

  • If your purchase is over 30 days old, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • For expired warranties or cases involving warranty violations, repair services may still be available at the customer’s expense, including repair and shipping costs.

This warranty will be void if:

  • The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties

  • The product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained

  • The damage is caused by accident, negligence, or loss

  • The damage results from normal wear and tear

  • The product is used for commercial or rental purposes

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, these limitations may not apply to you.

Even if your reel is no longer under warranty, we are still happy to assist with repair services.

Rods Warranty

FrankCreation rods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in workmanship and materials.

Our customer service team will evaluate each claim to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

  • If the defect is determined to be caused by materials or workmanship, FrankCreation will, at its discretion, repair or replace the rod at no charge, with a $20 shipping and handling fee.

  • If the damage is caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear, FrankCreation may offer a replacement (upon customer approval) for 50% of the original purchase price, plus a $20 shipping and handling fee.

Warranty Claim Instructions:

  1. Complete the Rod Warranty Claim Form located in the “Returns” section of our website.

  2. Print the form and include it in the return package.

  3. Ship the damaged rod in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, to the address listed below.

  4. Include the completed form and payment for shipping and handling.

Sunglasses Warranty

FrankCreation sunglasses are warranted for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Our customer service team will assess the claim to determine eligibility.

  • If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, FrankCreation will repair or replace the sunglasses at no charge.

  • If the damage is caused by accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear, a replacement may be offered at 50% of the original purchase price, plus shipping costs.

Please ship the damaged sunglasses in a disposable container to the address listed below.

General Warranty

FrankCreation is dedicated to providing innovative, high-quality products at accessible prices. We warrant to the original purchaser that all FrankCreation products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for at least one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Commercial use

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care

There are no other expressed warranties beyond this limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. FrankCreation shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.
